Nice concept, you kept some the original look and upgrade it. This look could be in hate top 5 of Rouge's new Sonic Boom look. I hope this and and any other rouge concept arts that I've commented on get picked to be rouges new look.

Very interesting design. It's a lot like the current Rouge, but it has a lot of interesting variations. I especially like the pseudo-military feel to her jacket and boots. Very nice!
I wish Sega would put her in everything too. The world needs more Rouge.
